Playin' It Safe

This rambling, old feed and seed compound caught my eye a few weeks ago, while I was driving out of town to watch my son play in a soccer game. 

I mentally added it to my permanent to-do list...

...because I was certain that if I did ever go there, I'd find plenty of intriguing subject matter to shoot.

Thing was though, I wasn't in any particular hurry to scratch it off the list - since I had umpteen juicier options ahead of it in line.

Having recently curtailed going out on more adventurous outings, however (following my surprise run-in with Johnny Law) - has left me with far fewer locations from which to choose for my shoots...

...and so the other day, out of sheer necessity - I chose the old feed and seed as my next photographic destination.

Despite the absence of any sort of element of danger, it still felt good to get off of my tuchus and take some new snaps with my phone.

Thanks ever so much to the kind peeps at the feed and seed, who gave me permission to take pictures of whatever I wanted...
