This is literally the only picture I took all day, and clearly it was taken outta desperation to have something to post for my 365…I'm just so busy getting the house finished, furnished, and ready for when my kids arrive on island this Tuesday - I can't wait!!!

That's my shack on the left, and there's my container (filled with all of my personal belongings), getting lifted off of the Safe Cargo chassis to then be set down onto its new pillars…It's beginning to feel like I really may be here for awhile…if not forever (hope, hope)

Went snorkeling today, on Rendezvous Bay - for the first time in over a month! I free dove (dived?) down to the bottom, so that I could make these handsome lobsters' portraits.

I will be staying on the island Anguilla until May of 2015 (pending approval by the Immigration Department, fingers crossed), and since it's such a terribly photogenic place and all, and now that most of the chaos surrounding moving here has subsided a bit - thought I might be able to try once more, to commit to yet another 365 Project. Here's hoping I don't drop the ball again...

Soooooo…I finally broke down and treated myself to a halfway decent camera, yesterday (I'm pretty pumped about it, squeeee!) I'm still getting acquainted with all of its bells and whistles, and stuff - so please bear with me as I continue to mess around with it. Hopefully soon, we'll all begin to notice a marked improvement in my photos, as I become more familiar with my new toy!
