365 Project (#2) - 42/365

(Snapped on 3/31/14, in Laurel, Md. - using a Sony Cybershot)

Yesterday was hands down, the very best day of shooting that I've ever had in my whole entire long life! I was lucky enough to have been invited to tag along with two friends who were going to be spending the day taking pictures at the long since abandoned - Forest Haven Asylum in Laurel, Maryland.

Once on the premises, we went from building to building, taking heaps and heaps of pics., - for 6 solid hours! I was even inspired to stage a new batch of timed self-portraits - it was the first time I'd done so since last November...and who knows? I might even decide to share some of 'em on here, someday!

Sadly, my iPhone died after only about two hours in, and so along with attempting to capturing the veritable cornucopia of subject matter with my film cameras (believe me when I say that I barely even scratched the surface) I was relegated to shooting with my Sony Cybershot (which I only ever use for my self-portraits, under normal circumstances).

I do still have almost 200 iPhone pics. that I took in, and around the first two buildings that we explored however, and once they've been edited on Instagram - I shall share the best ones with YOU!
