What A Hunka Junkyard

I guess it kinda goes without saying that I am definitely a sucker for the certain specific subjects that I usually snap...

(I can hear you all now, "Another junkyard...again?...for cryin' out loud!)

...and because of that...

...I can be a bit repetitive...

...(redundant?)...

...when it comes to the pictures that I share with you guys.

(5 shots of the same car, in a single blog entry?! That is utterly inexcusable...for shame, and tsk, tsk)

Truth is though...

...I can't help it...

...the things that interest me are fairly specific, and not very plentiful...

...and on top of that, I haven't much impulse control...

...and so I constantly find myself gravitating towards the same lineup of stuff that I always seem to shoot.

It does make me wonder though...

...is sticking with the same few themes really such a bad thing... 

...if the actual images are never the same? 

Eh, hard to say...

What I do know is that I'm clearly a creature of habit, and as the old saying goes, "It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks"...


Ooops! Almost forgot to THANK the nice peeps at Cody's Salvage Yard in Kearneysville, WV - for letting me take as many pictures of as much stuff that day, as my little heart desired! THANK YOU!!!
